Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7 day "No Hassle" return policy. Within 7 days, if you have any problem with your order, we'll be happy to send you a replacement or refund your money. After 7 days, a 20% restocking fee may apply. All products and or orders for return, must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 7 days of delivery of order. Products determined by our staff to be defective will be replaced free of charge for same item only. Products being returned must be received by us within 10 business days of issued RMA. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to customer at the customers expense.


Red-E Supply LLC will refund standard postage or shipping charges when due to defect in merchandise. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, failure to read and adhere to operating instructions, repairs or attempts at repairs, lack of proper routine maintenance and other causes beyond the control of Red-E Supply LLC are not covered in this policy. Batteries and / or damage caused by faulty or leaking batteries not supplied by Red-E Supply are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Carefully repack the item(s) with all instructions and documentation in it's original packaging, be sure to write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package and mail it back, prepaid, UPS or insured US Mail. We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective. Note that products returned in bubble or padded envelopes are subject to damage and restocking fee.

Purchase Orders

We accept Purchase Orders from most businesses, schools, organizations and government agencies. Our Minimum Order for purchase orders is $300.00. Please use a credit card for orders under this amount. Please review the information below for submitting a Purchase Order. Your Purchase Order should include:

  • Purchase Order number
  • Item number for each item
  • Brief description of the item
  • Desired quantity
  • Preferred shipping method
  • Billing / shipping information
  • Credit references such as bank information or business contacts

International Orders

Red-E Supply, LLC will ship International orders on an individual basis. International shipping requires additional paperwork and has additional risk of fraud, shipping damage, or loss during shipping. Therefore, international customers must agree to the following prior to shipment of their order.

  • There is a $100.00 minimum on International orders.
  • A $25 processing fee will be added to all International orders.
  • All payments must be in US funds via wire transfer, bank check or traveler's checks.
    Credit Cards & private Checks will only be accepted from verified corporations.
  • International customers are responsible for adherence to all import licensing, laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
    Packages seized by Customs for failure to follow local import regulations are ineligible for credit or refund. You are fully responsible for complying with all of your local import regulations.
  • Ordering party is responsible for payment of Import Licenses, Customs assessed import duties, fees, taxes, fines and in-country delivery fees (if any). We assume no responsibility for these additional charges.
  • We are required to observe and follow all U.S. Export Regulations and Laws.
  • There are no refunds for any reason unless Red-E Supply receives compensation (for example, from shipper for loss during shipping).
  • Shipping Information

    Red-E Supply normally ships orders with Federal Express (FedEx) Ground Delivery or USPS Priority Mail; We reserve the right to select delivery service despite any preference indicated on checkout by the purchaser. All orders may be subject to a minimum handling charge. Certain orders may be subject to a hazardous materials surcharge.

    CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS: An estimated shipping cost for your order is calculated when you add your item(s) to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the billing screen. Shipping costs are calculated using your zip code, the weight and size of the item(s) and the shipping service rate tables. This calculation is approximate, as weights and package size will vary with each order. Whenever possible, we will only charge you this rate for shipping. We will notify you in advance if any additional charges are necessary due to special circumstances. Note that we may not ship using the service you selected, and we may add a minimum shipping charge on all packages, regardless of method of shipment.

    Shipping charges quoted are not exact, some orders may be modified without prior notification after your order confirmation. We will notify you in advance if there is any increase in charges for actual shipping and handling fees accessed at time of shipment. We reserve the right to select delivery service despite any preference indicated on checkout by the purchaser.

    Some of our products are or may contain hazardous materials, and as such may be subject to stringent Federal and shipping service regulations. Orders which qualify as hazmat shipments may be restricted to certain delivery methods and/or incur a hazmat surcharge.

    Dependent on the item's amount and or the value or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with "signature required" or "adult signature required" and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be responsible to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees will be charged.

    FOR ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. AND CANADA: For Next Day Air Orders, 2nd Day Air Orders, and 3 Day Select Orders that are received prior to 12 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday, will try to insure that the shipment leaves our warehouse the day it is ordered. Weekends and holidays not counted in shipping time; please adjust your schedule accordingly. FedEx Residential or Commercial Ground Service Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of receiving your order.

    If you provide us with your correct email address, we will send you with shipment tracking number(s), if available, for your order. Note that sometimes an order is shipped in several boxes, in which case you should receive a tracking number for each box.

    Shipment Errors

    Although we strive to process all orders promptly and accurately, on occasion a problem can occur. It is important that you notify us within 3 days of any problems with your order. Please use the tracking number(s) that we send you to ensure that location and progress of your shipment. When notifying us of a problem, please provide your order number, a list of the quantity and items you received, a list of the quantity and items shown on the packing list, and a description of the problem.

    Hazardous material items cannot be returned.

    Hazardous Material and Restricted Articles

    In some circumstances, we cannot ship or export legally restricted articles and/or certain hazardous materials. Orders for these items are refused or canceled if received. A credit for cash payments will be issued as needed.

    Order Payment

    All orders must be paid in full with U.S. funds. Personal and foreign checks will not be accepted, with the exception of foreign bank checks payable at a bank in the U.S. International credit cards are not accepted.

    Sales Tax

    There is no sales tax on products shipped from our store in Oregon.

    Discontinued Items and Back-orders

    If a requested item is not included in your package, we only charge you for products that are currently in stock and shipped. We will not charge you for a back-ordered item, nor do we automatically ship back-orders. Please call at a later date to verify if the item is in stock before ordering again.

    Product Suitability and Purchaser Responsibility

    Red-E Supply LLC does not warrant that a person can legally purchase, possess or carry any specific items from this online store (including but not limited to self defense chemicals or pepper sprays, stun guns, tasers, etc.) according to federal, state or local laws. A person placing an order warrants that he or she is an adult of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner, and / or is under no legal disabilities which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing or transferring these items under all applicable federal, state and local laws. Having no control over the use of any product once in the buyer's possession, Red-E Supply LLC assumes no liability associated with their use. Under no circumstances, are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use, inability to use, or misuse of these products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of a specific item for it's intended purpose. Because local laws, safety standards and regulations vary, Safety Central cannot guarantee that our products meet all applicable requirements in each locality. The purchaser assumes responsibility for compliance with local laws, safety standards, and regulations in those localities in which the products are shipped, sold and used.

    Legal Notice

    Your use of this site, placement of an order or submission of a purchase order online or by mail, phone or fax indicates acceptance of all outlined customer service policies, terms and conditions of Red-E Supply LLC and specifically indicates agreement to be bound by all terms appearing on this site in its entirety. This agreement incorporates all clauses of the Terms of Service, Policies, Shipping, and Warranty & Returns Documents.

    Should any portion of the agreement or terms be waived or found to be unenforceable, this shall in no way effect the enforceability of the remaining conditions.

    You agree to be charged a Documentation submission Fee of 25.00 in the event that we may have to supply supporting documentation regarding your order(s) and / or our Company Policies and Terms of Service to any third parties. In the event that we may have to enforce our Company Policies and Terms of Service you agree to pay any and / or all court, collection and attorney fees. If a credit card charge-back is initiated by you outside of our Company Policies, and Terms of Service agreed upon when placing an order, that does result in a debit to our account, because we did not respond to in the time specified by the credit card company, you authorize us to recharge the correct amount at a later date.

    Under no circumstance will Red-E Supply LLC, it's employees or Subsidiaries be held liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

    We reserve the right to make changes to our site, pricing and product information, customer service policies and terms and conditions at any time. In addition, Red-E Supply LLC will not be bound to any prices posted in error or responsible for discontinued or unavailable items or typographical or compositional errors. Images appearing on the site may be representational in nature, not to scale or not color accurate, especially as rendered by certain browsers.

    We reserve the right to refuse service or fulfillment of an order, should circumstances warrant.

    Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, page design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement are the property of Red-E Supply LLC. The use of any of Red-E Supply LLC trademark(s) without written consent is strictly prohibited. All other trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners.

    Customer Order Agreement

    By making a purchase from us in this online store you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in our companies customer order agreement, return policy, product warranty & suitability and purchaser responsibility agreement.

    In the event you refuse the delivery of your order(s) or are not present to receive your order(s) or cancel your order after it has left our facility, you authorize Red-E Supply LLC to charge a handling fee of 20% of the merchandise total and that you accept all responsibility for shipping charges incurred.

    All orders are subject to a minimum shipping charge. Shipping charges quoted are not exact; some orders may be modified without prior notification after your order confirmation to reflect a decrease or increase in charges for actual shipping and handling fees accessed at time of shipment. Be aware prior to authorizing an order that some shipping and handling charges may exceed the cost of the product(s) ordered.

    Dependent on the item(s) amount, value or nature of the items sent, or area of delivery, some orders will be sent with "signature required" or "adult signature required" and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be responsible to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees will be charged.

    You agree to be responsible for charges of additional shipping and handling fees without prior notification as calculated by us after receipt of your order(s) for extra large, bulky and heavy orders and orders that require additional packaging time and material. In addition to freight carrier (UPS) shipping charges, you may be charged a minimum handling fee of $3.95 per box for small boxes and UPS Standard Ground shipping & $5.95 per box for large boxes and Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select.
