- Connect the output tube to the other container.
- Snap a HydroWell™ nutrient syrup bag to the top of the dirty water HydroWell™
- Thats it! The second container will fill with CLEAN, ready to drink, electrolyte balanced WATER!
HydroWell™ uses forward osmosis to filter out dangerous biological organisms such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Even dissolved solids such as heavy metals and salts are greatly diminished providing you and your family with safe water for improved hydration.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
HydroWell™ water filters work on the basis of forward osmosis. Just as a tree root has sap (sugar or salt) inside it to attract water out of the ground, the LifePack™ filter uses a sports drink to create osmotic pressure and draw water molecules across its membrane filter.
The filter itself has a microscopic pore size of 3 to 5 angstroms; 100 times smaller than the smallest pathogens and 200 times finer filtration than competitive filters.
Only pure water comes through it.
In addition, HydroWell™ produces a pure, light sports drink for improved hydration. HTI filters are now deployed worldwide and are in use by some of the U.S. Military's elite fighting forces.

HOW GOOD IS IT REALLY?
The chart below shows the approximate sizes of some of the contaminants likely to be encountered. It shows Bacteria range from about 0.1-micrometers to about 50-micrometers. Viruses range from about 0.005-micrometer up to a couple of tenths of a micrometer. Well, the HydroWell™ filters everything down to well BELOW 0.001 micrometers; it filters out all the bacteria, all the viruses, and many of the pesticides, aqueus salts, metal ions, and even large radio active isotopes!
