One deck playing (poker) cards

When you are stuck somewhere; in your car, in your home during a disaster, while sheltering-in-place, etc. time seems to crawl.   It is important for keeping one's wits about them that you keep your mind occupied.   That is why we always suggest including a game and or a deck of cards in your emergency kits.

A deck of cards can be a life saver.  Whether playing solitare or building a house of cards, it keeps you busy and your mind occupied while awaiting rescue.
