Emergency Food Bars

Emergency food bars, also known as food rations, are U.S. Coast Guard Approved for at least 5-year shelf life. Do not make the mistake of thinking that ordinary granola or power bars can be used in your emergency kits.
The 400 calorie bars are for a single meal. The 1200 calorie bars are scored into thirds for three meals in one bar. A single 3600 calorie bar is scored into 9 parts to provide an entire 3-days of food for a single adult, or a full day for 3-adults.
These are great tasting as well. Choose Mayday if you want Apple-Cinnamon flavored. Choose Mainstay if you prefer a lemony flavor.
