Many areas store team gear in fire stations and other "central" locations. But how do you get it out to the teams? Storage bins are heavy and difficult to carry and move. Trailers are limited to paved roads and parking lots. You can load the bins onto a truck, but you'd better have plenty of help or whoever gets stuck loading is going to get worn out before they even start the rescue operations.
